The real estate sector in the domestic market, which has been going through tough times, is flourishing through sales achieved to foreigners.

Alongside the sales made primarily to the gulf countries, the interest of Chinese investors in Turkey has increased recently so that it was announced that a Chinese group of investors has obtained a block containing 90 apartments from a completed real estate project in Istanbul.

A Chinese company, which makes mass purchasing on behalf of its citizens, is aiming to make 500 million TL purchases by the end of 2020.
